spacious room tasteful furnishings helpful staff slow service small pools disappointing program
the room was spacious. the furnishings were tasteful (i especially liked the lamps). the hotel provided convenient transportation to the parks. staff members were attentive and helpful.
i found that the room service was painfully slow. it took a while for someone to pick up the phone when i wanted to place my order. the pools were smaller than i expected. the activity programming was disappointing for a resort of this size.

the boat ride to the parks was acceptable. at least it moved.
The room service was a joke. I ordered a burger at 7 pm and it arrived two hours later. Cold. The pool was crowded with screaming kids. a supposed "quiet pool" was anything but.

friendly staff clean room easy taxi club level
The resort has very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are clean. The water taxi offered an easy way to go to the parks. It was relaxing. I loved the Club Level.

The room had two queen beds. It included Universal Express Unlimited. It gave us nice views. We could clearly see the surrounding area. The room had a large, well-lit mirror and a separate seating area.

The staff was very responsive. They answered questions quickly. The water taxi service ran frequently. The staff provided assistance with park tickets and directions! Concierge services were available around the clock, helping with reservations.

There is a large family pool. It has a slide and a shallow area for children. There is also a quiet Villa pool with many umbrellas. The hotel provided early park access. It was very useful. Three pools are available.

The Club Lounge consisted of three rooms and a separate bar room. It also features a library. Portofino has an Italian focus for dinner entrees. The buffets had similar offerings in other hotels. The restaurants offered diverse menus.

Fantastic Stay!
clean room great service
The hotel and rooms were VERY clean. My kids enjoyed the beach pool. I found great service at the restaurants and poolside. The concierge saved time and energy getting reservations for us.
The parking fee was $36 a night. I think this is excessive.
